The All-American Scholarship is a performance-based scholarship that rewards top student representatives for their hard work and dedication. Those pursuing business may have the opportunity for an entrepreneurial externship within the company called the Branch Manager Opportunity.

We have a guaranteed starting base pay of $27/appt. This is NOT based on sales or commissions. Our representatives are paid every Friday, so they see the results of their hard work at the end of each week. We also have a parallel incentive pay program. Representatives can earn anywhere from 10%-50% on orders placed by customers, with no caps on commissions. Our representatives are always paid the higher amount each week (base pay or incentive pay) with our top representatives earning $1,000-$2,000 their first week with us.
