Its an entry level customer sales and service posititon. To keep it simple, representatives will start off scheduling meetings with customers one-on-one, either virtually or in person, to present Cutco products and help them find what best fits their needs. 

No experience? No problem! Most people start with ZERO prior experience. We provide all the training you need to succeed as a representative. Our training seminar is a two-day program led by experienced professionals with years of experience. These sessions are interactive, engaging, and fun. On top of that, we offer optional ongoing training sessions and conferences. We believe that one’s personal success will rarely surpass their level of personal development. 

Hours for this position are 100% flexible! Reps create their own work schedules around school, sports, family, etc. on a weekly basis with their manager. Students and people with busy lives love this aspect of the position since it is optimal for work-life balance.

YES! We do have remote work programs available. Representatives can choose to work completely in person or have a hybrid schedule. Our goal is to provide an unrivaled work experience for students. We have been offering remote positions for over a decade, so we feel particularly well-equipped and confident in the success of representatives who join our team during this tumultuous time.

Successful representatives are committed, positive, and communicate frequently with their managers. This open line of communication is important because our office is filled with supportive, fun, and experienced managers who want to help you hit your goals. Our top representatives love being part of a team and building lasting relationships. 

Nope! All of our representatives are provided with all necessary working resources. After training our representatives are able to borrow a sample kit with $500 worth of Cutco for free to take on appointments and have customers try out!

We have a guaranteed starting base pay of $27/appt. This is NOT based on sales or commissions. Our representatives are paid every Friday, so they see the results of their hard work at the end of each week. We also have a parallel incentive pay program. Representatives can earn anywhere from 10%-50% on orders placed by customers, with no caps on commissions. Our representatives are always paid the higher amount each week (base pay or incentive pay), with our top representatives earning $1,000-$2,000 their first week with us.
